• A cancellation conforming to the Consumer Protection Act must occur within 14 days of the reservation/receipt of travel documents, provided it does not occur within 7 business days of the scheduled flight.
• Some reservations may require filling out an additional form based on the specific requirements of the airline company.
• In the most complex reservations from a single airline company, it is necessary to fill out a separate form for every airline company/leg of the journey.
